Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of students with special needs
- Collaborate with counselors, support staff, and fellow educators to ensure the best outcomes
- Monitor student progress and keep clear, comprehensive records in accordance with state guidelines
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and safe learning space
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and any necessary adaptations
- Attend IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as required
