Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support in a resource setting to middle school students, ensuring compliance with IEPs and educational best practices
- Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate student integration and progress across all academic areas
- Develop, adapt, and implement instructional materials tailored to individual learning goals
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor student progress, and report findings to team members and families
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
