- Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to meet the needs of each student.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to high school students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress.
- Assess, track, and report student achievement, adapting instruction as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate and thorough documentation for compliance.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and professional development activities.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom atmosphere where each student can thrive.
