You’ll work in a welcoming school environment, providing individualized and small group instruction for elementary-aged students. The day runs from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, focusing mainly on small group work and co-teaching within classroom settings. Your knowledge and compassion can truly help students reach their potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting (strongly preferred)
- Background in supporting elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs, primarily in small group or co-taught classroom settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning experiences
- Track student progress and modify instructional strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and team members regarding student development
