What You Need:
- Valid SPED certification/license in the state of Oregon

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver impactful instruction to students in resource or specialized behavior classrooms (elementary & middle school)
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to diverse learning needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Manage caseloads ranging from 15 to 40 students, depending on placement
