Qualifications:
- Active Special Education (SPED) certification/license for Oregon (OR)
- Experience supporting behavior classrooms at the elementary level, including de-escalation and intervention for physical aggression and elopement
- Successfully managed high-volume Learning Resource Classrooms (LRC)—average of 43 students
- Must provide contact info for 3 most recent supervisor references (required for consideration)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead either elementary-level behavior-focused classrooms or high-volume LRCs
- Implement evidence-based interventions for behavioral and academic needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
