- Ability to manage caseloads and case management responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to education and individualized instruction
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized education plans tailored to individual student needs
- Serve as a dyslexia case manager, supporting identified students with targeted interventions
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and staff to promote student success
- Maintain detailed and accurate records on student progress and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence
