- Proven ability to develop individualized education and behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that foster academic and social-emotional growth.
- Employ research-based strategies and interventions to de-escalate situations and promote positive behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with other educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff to deliver cohesive, student-centered services.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to student progress and incidents as required.
