Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid teaching credential in Special Education (Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Severe, or ECSE, as appropriate)
- Experience supporting students with disabilities in an educational setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse school communities
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to optimize student growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development
