Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Texas Special Education Certification for grades K-12
- Proven experience serving as an ARD Facilitator
- Deep understanding of ARD meetings, compliance, and supporting the IEP process
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate between staff, students, and families
- Ability to work onsite and foster productive relationships within the educational community
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and promoting inclusion for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate ARD/IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with special education teachers, administrators, and related service providers
