- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized instruction and interventions for students in both individual and small group settings
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Communicate regularly with families, IEP teams, and school staff to ensure educational success
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required
