- Skilled in supporting the development, execution, and compliance of IEPs while advocating for student needs
- Background in leading special education services and overseeing related staff
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate special education support across student caseloads, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Oversee efficient development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Lead and organize IEP meetings, maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate closely with families, students, fellow educators, and support specialists
- Provide student advocacy by ensuring every learner receives appropriate and effective supports
- Guide and support special education teachers and associated staff
