Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction to students in a K-3 Life Skills classroom
- Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support personnel to ensure inclusive practices
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
