- Elementary/High School Alternate Curriculum (Lifeskills) Teacher: Deliver instruction to students with cognitive impairments, adapting curriculum and fostering essential skills for independence and meaningful participation in school life.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in special education settings highly desired
- Strong collaborative skills to work with teaching teams and families
- Adaptable, positive, and empathetic approach to individual student needs
- Proven ability to develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies
Key Responsibilities:
