Key Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (required)

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ abilities and requirements
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
- Incorporate evidence-based instructional methods and accommodations
- Modify instructional materials and classroom environments as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
