Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Intervention Specialist license in Ohio for Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense; emergency or sponsorship licenses are not accepted
- Proven experience in case management for K-8 students within a school setting
- Strong working knowledge of the Same Goal IEP platform
- Demonstrated ability to write effective IEPs and facilitate IEP meetings, with full administrative responsibilities
- Skilled at supporting a caseload of up to 100 IEPs each year
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management for K-8 students across one site in each of three city locations
- Draft, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans using Same Goal IEP software
- Lead and facilitate IEP meetings, collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed, compliant records to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Oversee full administrative tasks associated with special education case management
