Special Education Teacher - Strongsville, OH
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Special Education Teacher to play a vital role as a long-term substitute for a preschool classroom. This contract role is set to begin August 25, 2026, and will last for approximately 12 weeks. As a full-time educator, you’ll help shape the environment for young learners, supporting their developmental growth with compassion and expertise.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching credentials appropriate for preschool level.
- Demonstrated background in early childhood special education.
- Experience implementing and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Skill in adapting instruction for diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Familiarity with best practices in positive classroom management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
