Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IEPs for students of varying ages and needs
- Ability to perform all general responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher, including modifying curricula and providing targeted supports
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a busy school setting
- Enthusiasm for collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrators

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective instruction for students in self-contained or resource settings across K-12 caseloads
- Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to state and federal guidelines
- Work closely with students, families, and staff to ensure support and progress for each learner
- Track and document student achievements, behavioral plans, and ongoing modifications
- Attend and contribute to meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
