- Ability to maintain detailed records and manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 students
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional support and resource assistance for 4th and 5th grade students with diverse learning needs
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each child’s IEP goals
- Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure academic growth
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
