- Familiarity supporting students with mild to moderate learning differences or significant cognitive/communicative needs (SSN)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- References ready for review prior to placement (please ensure RefAssured is updated)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and interventions for students in a Learning Services or SSN setting
- Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to individual student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and support staff to foster a collaborative learning community
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and progress reports
- Provide support and advocacy for students’ educational and developmental needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
