Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:40 a.m.–2:40 p.m.
- Immediate start; assignment runs through October 31, 2026
- Alternate schedules may be considered, though fully remote/hybrid is not an option
- Current students: 3 Kindergarteners & 2 First-Graders in a self-contained instructional setting (not multi-needs)
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credentials (state-specific as required)
- Experience working with early elementary students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and positive approach to supporting diverse learners
- Experience in self-contained or resource-level settings is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized instruction to students in a supportive, focused setting
- Collaborate with instructional, multi-needs, and resource-level teaching partners
- Work closely with paraeducators and utilize available instructional materials
- Maintain consistent communication with administration and families
- Monitor student progress, adapting lessons to meet unique needs
