Position Overview
We are seeking five dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions support a variety of specialized programs serving students with diverse learning, behavioral, and adaptive needs. The ideal candidates will have experience providing individualized instruction, implementing IEP goals, and creating structured learning environments that support student success.
Available Positions
- Elementary Behavior Program Teacher
- Middle School Resource Teacher
- Middle School Behavior Program Teacher
- K–8 Behavior Program Teacher
- Elementary Adaptive Program Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals.
- Provide academic, behavioral, functional, and adaptive support based on student needs.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote student engagement, independence, and growth.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, families, and school staff.
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
- Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs across specialized classroom settings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Arizona Department of Education Standard K–12 Certification required.
- Active fingerprint clearance card required.
- Special Education teaching experience preferred.
- Experience working with behavior programs, adaptive classrooms, or resource settings strongly preferred.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
