You'll provide essential instruction and behavioral support to a caseload of 15 students, aged 12-18, helping them navigate both academic progress and emotional growth in partnership with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Holds a valid South Carolina Multi Categorical License
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required
- Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting severe or intense behaviors
- Familiarity with providing modified grade-level academic instruction
- Proven ability to collaborate between educational and therapeutic settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction, focusing on academic, behavioral, and social objectives
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and positive supports
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with student needs
- Closely coordinate with clinical professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining clear communication with families and staff
- Foster a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
