Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet students’ individual needs.
- Administer assessments and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and participation.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success.
- Provide direct and indirect instruction in accordance with IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Participate in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development, and school activities as needed.
