Key Responsibilities:

- Track and report on student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure open dialogue and coordinated support
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and school initiatives
