Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing essential support during a maternity leave coverage as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. This 65-day contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setting for four days a week. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification for the state of Colorado
- Experience in Early Childhood Special Education preferred
- Strong ability to foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance
- Comfort with technology for hybrid work (virtual meetings, digital documentation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct special education services and assessments on-site
- Participate in the development, implementation, and tracking of IEPs
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Complete paperwork and IEP meetings remotely as needed
- Support student growth in accordance with individual learning goals
- Travel to multiple school locations as scheduled
