Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with families and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction tailored to meet IEP goals for 2nd and 3rd graders
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Develop, review, and update IEPs using assessment and progress data
- Ensure compliance with special education regulations through accurate record maintenance
- Support and supervise instructional staff for effective program delivery
- Oversee implementation of accommodations and modifications to meet student needs
- Maintain consistent communication with families, classroom teachers, therapists, counselors, and community agencies
- Implement procedural safeguards and district policies
- Complete assigned building-level responsibilities as directed by administration
