- Evaluate and document student progress, keeping thorough academic records and maintaining an up-to-date grade book.
- Identify unique student needs, providing referrals and executing strategies outlined in IEPs.
- Maintain complete and accurate student records, meeting all district and state mandates.
- Collaboratively plan and coordinate activities involving teacher aides, parents, and volunteers in both classroom and field trip settings.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere by creating functional and vibrant displays and showcasing student work throughout the classroom.
