Qualifications

  • Valid Georgia Special Education Certification
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
  • Preferred: Adapted Curriculum certification or experience with significant cognitive disabilities
  • Familiarity with ABA principles, structured teaching, visual supports, and functional communication systems
  • Experience supervising paraprofessionals in self-contained settings
