Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Modify curriculum based on each student’s strengths and challenges
- Provide direct instruction and support within a variety of educational settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant federal, state, and school requirements
- Foster a positive, supportive, and safe classroom atmosphere
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
