Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction plans and behavioral supports tailored to students with an adapted curriculum
- Partner closely with support staff, related service providers, and families to maximize student engagement and outcomes
- Foster a classroom environment that maintains safety, positivity, and respect for every learner’s abilities
- Track student progress, maintain compliance with documentation requirements, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and positive behavior support as needed
