Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated and passionate **Special Education Teachers** for multiple full-time openings with a supportive school district in the Woodland, California area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
* Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
* Collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers
* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
* Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active California Special Education credential in one of the following areas:
* Extensive Support Needs (ESN)
* Moderate Support Needs (MSN)
* Moderate/Severe Disabilities
* Education Specialist Bridge – Extensive Support Needs
* Education Specialist Bridge – Moderate Support Needs
Preferred Experience
* Previous Special Education teaching experience
* Experience with IEP development and compliance
* Familiarity with TK-12 Special Day Class settings
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
