Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Prior classroom experience working with diverse learners and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Deliver differentiated instruction and interventions aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, accommodations, and modifications
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and families to coordinate services and ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school events as required
- Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education programs
