Three full-time positions are available, serving diverse age groups: one in early learning/elementary, one in middle school, and one in high school.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement (submit proof with your application)
- Experience working with students at elementary, middle, or high school levels, preferably within special education
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet a diverse range of learning needs
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, encouraging, and safe classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction and modify curriculum as required
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings as needed
