Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support as a co-teacher in grades 3-4 (elementary) and 7-8 (middle school), with each caseload comprising fewer than 10 students
- Develop, adapt, and deliver lesson plans aligned with IEP goals and curriculum standards
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and progress
- Monitor student development, maintaining accurate records and modifying approaches as needed
- Create a supportive, accommodating, and engaging classroom environment for diverse learners
