Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education license in EBD, ASD, or ABS (Out of Field Licensure Placement support available)

- Deep understanding of behavior intervention strategies and support plans
- Passion and commitment to fostering student growth and success

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for 9th–12th grade students
- Develop behavior support plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with general education staff, counselors, and families to deliver comprehensive support
- Provide direct instruction and adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Maintain detailed records, participate in IEP meetings, and comply with all state and federal requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education
