Qualifications:
- Active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Minnesota
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction and interventions customized to meet each child’s learning needs
- Collaborate with paraeducators, therapists, and families to ensure an optimal learning environment
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for all required student records and reports
- Foster a positive and structured classroom setting that promotes independence and self-advocacy
- Conduct assessments and develop measurable academic and behavioral goals
You’ll work Monday through Friday, investing 33.25 hours each week in your students’ growth and development.
