Special Education Teacher in Anoka, MN

Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teaching License for Minnesota (or documentation of licensure eligibility)

Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and deliver individualized lesson plans
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques suited to students’ individual abilities and learning styles
- Maintain compliance with IEP (Individualized Education Program) protocols, documentation, and relevant regulations
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, related service providers, and school administration
