Special Education Teacher - Burnsville, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid MDE Early Childhood Special Education License required
- Experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and family communication
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to a variety of learning styles and needs
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Positive, patient, and empathetic demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver instruction tailored to early childhood special education students
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with families, service providers, and school professionals
- Develop engaging learning activities and modify curriculum as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote individual growth
