Qualifications:
- Active MN Teaching Certification required (please submit with your resume)
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching License (required for consideration)
- Previous experience working with elementary resource caseloads strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and support to elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
