Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Background in Special Education; experience supporting students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills

Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 9 elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and provide differentiated supports as needed
- Coordinate with paraprofessionals, parents, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district requirements
- Foster an engaging, supportive classroom culture
