Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid MN Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience working in a special education setting, preferably in a center-based or setting III environment
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proven ability to design and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Compassionate, flexible, and collaborative educator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs for students within a setting III/centerbase LAUNCH program
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, specialists, and families
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
