Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Recent experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting, preferably working with setting III/centerbase populations
- Ability to provide a current resume for presentation
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered learning
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students in the LAUNCH centerbase program, supporting their academic and social-emotional development
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Partner with general education teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and specialized needs
