Special Education Teacher - Naperville, IL

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching license with Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Prior experience with K-3rd grade preferred
- Strong skills in developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs within the K-3 age group
- Implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and adjust instruction as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Utilize creative strategies to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position starts as soon as possible and continues through June 5th, offering a stable and impactful role in a supportive setting.
