Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pull-out instruction tailored to students’ academic and developmental needs, focusing on reading and math skills
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt interventions accordingly
- Create a supportive, safe learning environment that encourages student confidence and engagement
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to coordinate services and provide insights on student progress
- Develop, implement, and track IEP goals and objectives for each student in your care
- Maintain thorough and confidential student records as required
