Elementary Special Education Teacher | Bayfield, Wisconsin

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license with Cross-Categorical endorsement is required
- At least two years of prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the elementary school level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Ability to collaborate effectively with para professionals, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction based on student IEPs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' unique strengths and needs
