Special Education Teacher - Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct instruction—individually and in small groups—tailored to student needs
- Monitor progress, adjust instructional approaches, and maintain ongoing communication with families
- Collaborate with general education teachers and school support teams
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
