Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification/licensure in Special Education (required)

- Strong understanding of special education laws and best practices

- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Deliver engaging instruction, both individually and in small groups, to address students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
- Partner with families to communicate progress and strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies and interventions to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
