Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Teaching License
- SPED Endorsement required
- Experience with mild/moderate special education caseloads (middle and high school preferred)
- Comfortable with inclusive behavioral supports
- Willingness to assist with toileting needs if necessary
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and intervention for a caseload of 25–30 students with mild to moderate needs
- Develop, implement, and track IEPs to promote student achievement
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school personnel
- Cultivate a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
- Ensure excellent documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
