Special Education Teacher | Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (required)
- Experience with developing and implementing IEPs
- Ability to manage, track, and document student progress
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and case management for students receiving special education services
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal laws
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
